Since 1974 Mr. Hoet specialized in real estate business representing many European companies, developers of housing and commercial office centers in Venezuela. He acted as an attorney, shareholder and as President of Sigma de Venezuela, where he developed thousands of houses and apartments in Caracas. Founder of Century 21 in Venezuela.

Besides these business activities he is founder and senior partner of Hoet Pelaez Castillo & Duque, one of the oldest and largest law firms in Venezuela, where he acted as Director of the Real Estate Department.

Former President of Fedeuropa as well as other European Chambers of Commerce.

Active as a real estate developer in Florida since 1980.

Born and raised in Caracas Venezuela, Franklin at the age of sixteen began his first job as part of a sales team in a Venezuelan real estate brokerage company. After working there for two years he took his first entrepreneurial leap by co-founding with his father and a group of investors the master franchise of “Century 21” in Venezuela. In addition, he became the Vice-president of the first franchisee “Century 21 San Ignacio” located in the most prestigious commercial complex in Caracas and was the leader in sales for two consecutive years.

In 2003, after much success, the company was sold and Mr. Hoet relocated to Palm Beach, Florida to complete his Bachelor degree in Business Administration from Lynn University in Boca Raton and later attended to Nova Southeastern University to receive an MBA in finance. Upon completion of his educational programs, Mr. Hoet opened a retail business and also participated in different construction projects in Miami, Port St Lucie and West Palm Beach.

Now as a Licensed Real Estate Broker, and Vice-president of Palm Beach International Realty, he is dedicated to bring you the highest level of personal service.

José Augusto Trujillo is a 41-year-old licensed real estate agent, an entrepreneur, and a businessman who graduated in business administration. He has a long trajectory in the world of finance and Management, where he has been in constant training, assisting courses in both finance and personnel management in cities such as Miami, Bogotá, Cartagena, Buenos Aires, Sao Paolo, and Panamá. Always passionate about real estate, José started his experience in this business at Century 21 in the year 2002 in Caracas, where he was under the supervision of Franklin Hoet, current broker of Palm Beach International Realty, LLC. Nowadays, José Trujillo besides being part of the Franklin’s team, is a partner of True Hope Asset Management, a company dedicated in buying, remodeling, and selling Real Estate properties in South Florida, and Vialtech Corp. Panama, a company dedicated in the construction and renovation for the public and private sectors of Panama's western area. Outside the real estate world, José practices outdoor sports like golf, tennis and working out. He also enjoys going to the beach, traveling, and getting to know new cultures. One of the things that José likes the most about Miami is its cultural mix. His pillar is his family. His little girls and wife are his inspiration and impulse to continuous growing.
